The Grundnerhof stands for tradition, but also for the will to try out new things.
That is why a wide variety of exotic mushrooms have been produced sustainably and regionally for some time now. Our organic mountain farm is located at an altitude of 1050 meters in the Styrian Mur Valley in the heart of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park. This special geographical location results in perfect conditions for the cultivation of mushrooms of the highest quality.
The purest mountain spring water, clean air and sufficient solar energy
For the sake of the environment and our customers, we produce purely organically. Substrate that cannot be used by the fungi is composted by us and thus returned to nature as a valuable fertilizer.
